Adem - To Cure A Weakling Child (Boy Girl Song)
I was looking for the Aphex Twin version of this song on Hype Machine and found this awesome version instead. From the original blog post:
“Part of Fridge with Four Tet. he makes quirky guitar based music with nice melodies. his latest album Takes is a covers album, but one that covers everyone from Bjork, Tortoise, Pinback, PJ Harvey to this song by Aphex Twin. The man has good taste. And he played all of the instruments on the album”
Most Aphex Twin covers underwhelm me, but this is quite lovely and rather entrancing.
